3. Applying process and precautions:
1. Recommended dilution rate: 1: 0.15 a 1: 0.3, best dilution rate is ethanol: water=1:1.Increasing the proportion of ethanol can improve the drying rate.2. Applying quantity of varnish depends on quality of the applied paper. Diluted with diluent to the viscosity required, added water as the machine paper may be. To consider when choosing the paper type thick good dimensional stability, poor dimension stability of thin paper.
3. Applying speed: 40 a 80m per minute.4. The product achieves its best brightness, anti-friction performance and mutual adhesion resistance 12 hours after varnishing.
5. It is required to clean the equipment before application of the product to avoid chemical reaction with other products.
6. Some types of printing oil cannot withstand alkali due to its high acidity. Please make test before application of the product.
