Tackifying Emulsion

1. Characteristics:
Tackifying emulsion 1102 is modified rosin water base emulsion which is widely used for tackifying water base pressure-sensitive adhesive, water base laminating adhesive, water base sealing adhesive, PVC floor adhesive and etc. It can improve the endurance bonding strength and peeling strength of water base adhesive obviously. There is no any organic solvent, no toxicity and environmental-protection. Good miscibility with multiple polymers, such as acrylic ester emulsion, vinyl acetate emulsion, EVA emulsion, styrene-acrylate emulsion, natural and synthetic rubber emulsion and etc. This product is added emulsifier and has a high degree of transparency, added to the water-based pressure sensitive adhesive, water-based laminating adhesives in water-based adhesives, does not produce foam, and have a high transparency.

3. Applying and precautions:
1. PH value of water base adhesive should be above five, if the value is lower than five, adjusting by ammonium hydroxide to five.
2. Suggested dosage is 10%~30%.
3. According to technique adding system, keep stirring until it becomes smooth.
