Walnut Cookies

We are Trading, Supplying and Exporting of Walnut Cookies in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. Made using best quality ingredients as given below:-

Ingredients:
-400 gms All Purpose Flour
-80 gms Rava (Semolina)
-220 gms Sugar
-320 gms Butter/ Purified Butter (Room temperature)
-1 tsp Baking Soda
-1/2cup +1/2cup Chopped Walnuts

Method:
Cream the butter and sugar together with a wooden stick or with an electric blender.
In a separate bowl, mix the all purpose flour, semolina, 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts and baking soda.
Mix this with the creamed butter sugar mixture. Knead everything together to form soft dough.
The butter should be just enough to make soft dough. If needed add just 1 or 2 spoons of milk.
