Waffle Cone Mix

VIC3 WAFFLE CONE MIX is a blend of premium Light Wheat Flour, Sugar, Milk Solids, Vegetable Oil, Permitted Emulsifiers, Leaving Agent (E500 II), Salt.

Directions:
Step 1: Add 700ml cold water & mix thoroughly with hand blender or egg beater on low speed for approximately one minute until the batter is smooth. Allow batter to stand for approximately 5-10 minutes before use.

Step 2: Keep machine temperature between 70A to 80A C. Ladle desired amount of mix on the grid surface of the waffle cone machine and close the grid locking the handle.

Step 3: Set the timer (refer to your equipment manual for batter capacity & specific cooking timings.
Remove the hot waffle sheet once the color changes to golden brown.

Step 4: Roll the waffle sheet on the Nylon roller for cone shape or place the sheet in the cup mould to make the waffle cups.

This product Contains No Preservatives.

Shelf life: 9 months in dry, powder form under cool and dry condition. Avoid Sunlight.
