Directions:
Step 1: Add 750ml cold water & mix thoroughly with hand blender or egg beater on low speed for approximately one minute until the batter is smooth. Allow batter to stand for approximately 5-10 minutes before use.

Step 2: Keep machine temperature between 70A A to 80A A C. Ladle desired amount of mix on the grid surface of the waffle machine and close the grid locking the handle.

Step 3: Set the timer (refer to your equipment manual for batter capacity & specific cooking timings.
Remove the hot waffle once the color changes to golden brown and turns crispy.

Shelf life: 9 months in dry, powder form under cool and dry condition. Avoid Sunlight.
