Vic3 Softee Ice Cream Mix

Vic3 Softee Ice Cream Mix is a instant softee ice cream mix powder used for making delicious and creamy softee ice cream. Vic3 Softee Mix is also ideal for making thick milk shakes where there is no need of adding any ice cream or thickeners. This product is specially designed keeping the following points in mind:

DIRECTION OF USAGE FOR SOFTEE ICE CREAM
Add one part of VICTORYa s Softee Ice Cream Mix to 5 Part of Milk (Less then 5A C) and make a premix. To improve the taste & texture, add Cream or Fat as per PFA Act. Pour into any ice cream churner or softee machine and churn for 8 to 10 mins to obtain fine quality ice cream.

DIRECTION OF USAGE FOR DELICIOUS MILK SHAKE
Add two teaspoons of VICTORYa s Softee Ice Cream Mix to 200ml of Milk (Less then 10A C) and blend it in the mixer or with a hand blender for 2-3 mins to prepare smooth and thick milk shake.

Ingredients: Sugar, Milk Solids, Emulsifiers, Stabilizers, Edible Gums, added Permitted Colour & Synthetic Flavors.

Yield: 1Kg if mixed into 1.25 Ltr of water will yield 2.50 kgs or expands up to 3 to 4 times by volume when whipped.

Shelf life: 18 months in dry, powder form under cool and dry condition. Avoid Sunlight.
