Vinayaka Roots Blower

Vinayaka Roots Blower are feature machined cast iron casings, side plates and impellers. The impellers are dynamically balanced and anti-friction. Oversized bearings are used throughout. Timing gears are center-timed to allow clockwise and counterclockwise rotation and made from hardened alloy steel.

SPECIAL FEATURES OF VINAYAKA ROOTS BLOWER :
Close tolerance between the impellers, body & side plates to minimize a Back Slippagea of air improving efficiency & reliability

Piston rings are used to reduce air leakage through the shaft openings in the side plates

impellers & pulleys are dynamically; balanced to avoid undue load over the bearings.

Precision hardened & ground helical gears located for more input torque capability are used to ensure smooth, silent running and accurate timing of the rotating impellers.

VINAYAKA blowers have a robust construction that ensures reliability & durability
Casing : Cast iron in Grade 25 with extra deep rib sections for greater rigidity under vacuum or pressures service.
Impellers : are accurately machined in Cast iron or Forged steel for close tolerance & long life operation. Dynamically balanced for smooth running & lower bearing loads.
Side Plates : have vents that ensure no risk of oil contamination.
Seals: by piston rings.
Bearings : Heavy-duty roller bearings for maximum loading.
Gear : Alloy steel, heat treated helical ground teeth for very high strength & quiet operation.
