Vertical Honing Machine - For Taper Bearings Races Dia 40-200mm | Automatic Cycle With Adjustable Settings, Oscillating Head Mechanism

Following Details of Vertical Honing Machine : Application : This model of Vertical Honing Machine is used for Taper Bearings races of dia 40 to 200mm. It includes honing of both type of races, Inners & Outers. Operation : Honing process of ground taper degree cone track is done in this machine. The complete cycle is controlled by on-delay and off-delay timers. The cycle time can be set on operation panel by digital timer. Once the setting is done, the operator has to put the cone on the table on which driving roller and idler roller rotates the job. The oscillating head with stick holder pushes the stick at required angle on track and at required stick pressure which can be set as per the job. The whole cycle is completed automatically and when the machine is off the operator has to take the job and to put new one and press the ON button for next auto-cycle
