Vertical Expander - Hydraulic Door Operation, Motorized Length Adjustment, Synchronous Support Lift, Enhanced Protection Features

We are instrumental in providing to our valuable customers excellent quality Vertical Expander which is available with following Features:-
1) The machine is designed vertical configuration, load and unload workpiece by hydraulic driven door, which can expand, flare and reflare tubeing in one cycle.
2) Length adjustment of second expansion is done by motor reducer, sprocket and chain which drive thread bar to rotate synchronous , thread bar connect with coder and the length change can be showed on the PLC terminal screen.
3) The lower supporter between the two controlling end plates can realize rise and drop synchronous through the motor and worm gear box, hydraulic lock.
4) Expanding bar quick connect, pneumatic lock and expanding bar protective device are fixed on the machine. The protective device will stop operating automatically to avoid damaging expanding bar, when expanding bar run into unexpected case and bend.
5) Accept seat is provided with locking structure, which will not be pulled out when unload and it is also convenient for changing the specification.
6) It is provided with two guide systems: guide column and slide guide rail. The complete machine has good rigidity.
7) The whole template is processed by imported machine center with high precision.
