Our offered Return Bender Machine is special designed and manufactured for return bender heavy production
Outsider diameter is from 5mm , 30mm, 2-5 Pcs per cycle and working efficiency 10-12 cycles per minute.

* Equipment requirements: copper or aluminum tube should be dead soft.

Feature of structure:-
* Structure form: is auto machining equipment, after the coil feeds, it can finishes automatically and continuously, feeding, clamping, mandrel entering, mist spraying, bending, core loosing, cutting, unloading, replacement bending
* Feeding device: single-station electric-drive bracket, aluminum alloy coil(the loading weight150Kg)

Equipment components:
* Omron PLC is adopted by the electrical control system.
* SMC \ARK are adopted by the main pneumatic unit of the equipment.
* Fuxin is adopted by the oil pump, Japan Yuken is adopted by the hydraulic valve.
* The good quality products are adopted by the main electrical control units(limit switch, switch button, air switch, connector, middle relay, thermal relay).
