Uniflex Multi Layer Composite Pipes

We export, distribute, trade and supply Uniflex Multi Layer Composite Pipes which consists of 5 layers in Secunderabad, Telangana, India. One polyethylene layer is applied to the inside and one to the outside of the welded aluminum pipe. Both PE layers are permanently bonded to the aluminum pipe by means of an adhesive layer. The Uniflex pipe atructure is a succesful combination of metal (aluminum) and plastic (polyethylene) together in one pipe. The result is malleable, hygienic and non-permeable piping system that is completely corrosion and scale resistant, both internally and externally. Uniflex pipe whle avoiding the unaccepted thermal expansion and deformation retains the flexibility, frost resistance and ease of use. The Uniflex multi-layer pipe is designed for the specific requirements and is color coded : white, Orange, Yellow & Black for different uses & ease of identification during maintenance. The 5 layers structure combines the advantages of plastics and metal while avoiding their weaknesses.
