Specification :
* Ultra High Temperature processing is the partial sterilization of liquid food by heating it at high temperature for a few seconds. In this process all micro-organisms are destroyed by heat treatment.

* Immediate aseptic packing is required after UHT treatment. UHT milk can be stored for 6 months even without refrigeration and by doing so, it increases life of milk considerably.
