The recombinant trypsin is produced by genetic engineering and highly purified to homogeneity. It has the same amino acid sequence as that from porcine trypsin. Trypsin preferentially hydrolyzes bonds whose carboxyl groups are contributed by Lysine (Lys) or Arginine (Arg).. The r-trypsin is derived from a production process which does not utilize any raw materials and/or processing aids of animal origin. This product can be used in cell culture and downstream process for recombinant proteins.
