The kit uses anti SUMO protease antibody as the coating antibody, the enzyme labeled anti SUMO protease antibody as the detection antibody, the highly sensitive TMB as the substrate, and the SUMO protease as the standard to quantitatively detect SUMO protease in the sample. The lowest detectable level of SUMO protease is 0.5ng/ml.
Principle
This kit uses double antibody sandwich method to detect SUMO protease residuals. The SUMO protease antibody is coated on the microplate, and the SUMO protease in the sample or standard is combined with the antibody fixed on the microplate. After the unconjugated sample or standard is washed with washing solution, the HRP-labeled SUMO protease antibody is added for incubation, and the enzyme labeled antibody is combined with SUMO protease. Wash the unconjugated enzyme labeled antibody, add TMB substrate solution to the microplate, incubate it in dark to form a blue complex, stop the reaction with stop solution, and the color changes from blue to yellow. Determine the absorbance value of the complex, and fit the standard curve with the OD value of the standard. The SUMO protease concentration of the sample can be calculated from the OD value of the sample through the formula fitted with the standard curve.
