Adopt advanced heat treatment equipment
(1)Track Link
a. Material:40Mn2
b. Mesh belt furnace overall heat treatment HRC:30-36
c. Middle frequency heat treatment:lead rail surface HRC52-58. Depth:middle of lead rail surface 4-7mm, sideway:5-10mm
d. Sand blasting-fine turning-polishing-exam

(2) Track Bush
a. Material:40Cr/20CrMnTi
b. Mesh belt furnace overall heat treatment HRC:30-36
b. Carburizationg heat treatment HRC53-58.Depth2-3mm
c. Supersonic heat treatment of the outer surface
d. Half fine grinding-fine grinding-exam

(3) Track Pin
a. Material:40Cr
b. Mesh belt furnace overall heat treatment HRC:30-36
c. Supersonic heat treatment of the outer surface HRC53-60.Depth:2-3mm

(4) Track Shoe
a. Material:23MnB/25MnB
b. Box-type furnace(800-870)-dip in the alkaline solution,HRC38-42
vertical furnace-low tempering(eliminate interior stress,abrasion resistance,impact resistance)
c. Sand blasting(rid off oxide)-dip coating
