Track Roller - 50mn & 45# Steel, Hrc50-58 & Hrc53-60 Hardness, High Abrasion & Crack Resistance

Our Track Roller have the following characteristics:
1. High-degree harden treatment ensures the most strength and wearness.
2. Abrasion resistance.(The pin is done the tempering and the surface middle frequency quenching treatment, which ensures the sufficient hardness of core and abrasion resistance of external surface)
3. Crack resistance.( The bushing is done the carburizationg, ensures the reasonable hardness of core and abrasion resistance of internal & external surface.)

b. Middle frequency heat treatment: surface of outer circle &track link HRC50-58
C. Fine turning--push bearing bush-- carbon dioxide butt welding track roller shells

(2) Shaft of track roller
a. Material:45#steel
b. Supersonic heat-treatment:HRC53-60
c. Outer circle grinding--drilling the plug &oilhole

(3) Collar:
a. Material:nodular cast iron
