2.System Design Solution
The hot water temperature control use the instant heating method, the heat tank volume is 1 MA ,Set the heat boiler, the temperature ranges from 60-80 Deg C.
The warm water after mixture back to the heat tank, the remain water through the bleeding drain out
The cold water through one water tank as buffer, directly make up for tap water
The valve required cold water and hot water pressure through the convert frequency automatic control, adjusting stable ,fast and convenient
The flow meter has three sets, including cold water, hot water and mixed water flow rate
The valve installation use the start fixture, by fast clamping method
The valve back pressure adjust by the manual valve
