We Sumilon Industries Limited would like to Introduce ourselves as BOPET Film manufacturer, with a manufacturing capacity of 4000 MT / month. We also have in house Metallizes and Lacquer coating with a manufacturing capacity of 2200 MT/Month. We are also the largest manufacturer and supplier of Metallic Yarn in the World with a production of 1400 MT / month. We are the only company in the world to have all the manufacturing facilities under one roof i.e. Manufacturing of BOPET Film, Metallized Film, Metallized and Lacquered Coated Film, Slitting, Micro Slitting, Covering etc.and we even manufacture Dyes, Resins, Lacquer etc.. We are currently exporting 100 MT of hot stamping foil for textile and plastic to most of the European and America and South American countries. We are the only company in the World to Produce 12 Micron Pure Silver Metallized and Coated PET Film Special Coating (Epoxy) both side. These films specially goes into Manufacturing Glitter Powder for Cosmetics and Decoration We are the pioneer and only company in India to produce Pure Silver Metallic Yarn also known as Pure Silver ST Type Yarn and Fluorescent Metallic Yarn also known as Flora ST Type Yarn. Also, we have our own yarn dyeing plant with a monthly capacity of 250MT, having vessel of 1/10/125/300 & 600 kgs. In which we are making dyeing of Polyester/Cotton/Viscose package dyeing.
