Compression Type Load Cell - Machined Steel Column, Rated Capacities 2.50 To 45.40 Tonnes | Ip67 Protection, Temperature Compensated Performance

Compression Type Load Cell is a high performance Load Cell for a compression load measurements. Designed specially for Road and Rail weight bridge applications, to meet stringent load and environmental conditions. A precision machined and heat treated steel column element with superior foil strain gauges is used for sensing the applied load. The gauged element is enclosed inside a rugged steel case and hermatically sealed by welding an integrally fabricated double diaphragm to avoid side load errors and also to give environmental protection. The influence of ambient temperature on load cell performance is fully compensated for minimal effect. The output is standardized to close tolerance to permit interchangeability of Load Cells at site. These load cells an be used for other applications like tank weighting,m hooper weighing etc.
