QJ series Submersible Water Pump made by Aote Tianjin pump Co.,Ltd is designed for water supply and some hydraulic projects. QJ series is applied to farm irrigation, mountainous area water supply, urban water supply and drainage in factory, railway, mining, construction site, etc.

Application conditions:
1. Rated voltage: three-phase alternating current 300v/660v(A 5%) , Frequency: 50HZ
2. Solid content (mass ratio): a 0.01%
3. PH value: 6.5-8.5
4. Pumping medium temperature range: +5a --+105a
5. The inlet must be submerged into dynamic water no less than 1m and the submerged depth no more than 70m, the lower distance to the bottom of the well is no less than 1m.
6. Straight well and smooth well wall are required. Well pipe shall not be staggered.

Structure characters:
1. QJ series well submerbile pump includes 3-phase asynchronous motor and pump. The motor is connected to the pump. Shaft seal device is fixed at the front part of the motor shaft, which effectively prevent coolant exchanging with the delivered medium in the motor and ensure operation safe and reliable .
2. Submersible pump is single suction vertical centrifugal pump. Motor is water-filling, vertical. And motor connects with pump by coupling.
3. Motor winding is Nylon sheathed polyethylene water resistant electromagnetic wire. Motor cavity should be filled with clean water.
4. Motor shaft is lubricated by water. There is a thrust bearing withstanding upper and lower axial force at the end of motor.
