CONSTRUCTION
1.Submersible pump set is composed by submersible motor, submersible pump, delivery pipe, cable and control panel. The pump is centrifugal.
2.Submersible motor is water cooling; it must be filled by clear water before installation. The water is used for cooling the motor and lubricating the bearing. When the motor is running, the temperature will increase, and the pressure also increases inside. The pressure adjusting system will run and adjust the pressure in side of the motor automatic.
3.There are anti-sands system and framework seal up forward of the motor, to stop the sands coming into motor. The 2 framework seals can make the motor sealed properly.
4.There are water filling and air releasing holes up forward of the motor.
5.There are trust bearing system down forward of the motor, for the rotora s self weight and pumpa s shaft direction force.
6.The winding is made by water proof winding wire; rotor is squirrel-cage model.
7.The connection instruction is showed on figure 1 and table 2.
BEFORE INSTALLATION
1.The motor must be filled by clear water, tied the water filling and air releasing screw.
2.Time for direction testing on ground should not more than 1 second.
3.Pump cannot work lie or oblique, or any not straight mode.
