A. Surface material
Use 25mm or 30mm granite

B. Steel skeleton
The columns are made of 100*50*4 hot-dip galvanized square steel pipes, the beams are made of L50*4 hot-dip galvanized angle steel, and M8*30 stainless steel bolts are used. The aluminum alloy hangers are bolted to the beams. The stone is positioned by slotting the upper and lower parts, and epoxy resin AB glue is used for stone installation. The rear buried plate is made of hot-dip galvanized steel plate.
The beams are arranged throughout the length to improve stability. The angle steel spans the columns and is welded or connected to the column by M6 stainless steel bolts. Reliable connection is achieved on the columns. The stone slabs and beams are connected by hangers. The requirements of temperature difference deformation and building plane deformation are met to the maximum extent.

C. Adapter
The adapter is made of 100*63*8 angle steel, with hot-dip galvanized surface treatment to meet the anti-corrosion requirements; the angle steel and the main keel are connected with M12 stainless steel bolts, the connection is firm and reliable, and long strip holes are set on the adapter to meet the three-dimensional adjustment of the space. The angle steel is welded to the rear buried plate, and the weld thickness is not less than 6mm, and the weld is grade three.

D. Hanging parts
The hanging parts are T-shaped, butterfly-shaped, SE aluminum alloy hanging parts, back bolt type, etc.;
The stainless steel hanging parts are connected to the secondary keel, and the dry hanging parts have long round holes that can be adjusted forward and backward, which can effectively ensure the flatness of the granite curtain wall surface;
The granite and stainless steel hanging parts are reliably bonded by modified epoxy adhesive, which has a fast curing speed (initial setting 30min) and has a certain elasticity after curing;
The granite transfers its own weight to the stainless steel hanging parts through a hard PVC pad with a thickness of not less than 3mm to avoid rigid contact;
The connection between the beam and the dry hanging parts adopts M8 stainless steel bolts, which can withstand large loads.

E. Sealing
The 8 foam rod and stone-specific building sealant are used for effective sealing, which has high sealing performance;

F. Fire protection system
The 200mm thick fireproof rock wool and 1.5mm thick galvanized steel plate are used, with a bulk density of 120Kg/mA , which meet the fire protection requirements.
