Spinning Extruders

The Spinning Extruders is mainly used for spinning with chips in synthetic fibre production.
A double-grade high precision helical gear reducer is employed to ensure smooth running, lower noise and long service life.
A large thrust bearing is used for support of the output shaft to counter the axial thrust load from the screw.
Either pin type or prism type mixing head can be chosen for the screw head to meet the requirements of different materials.
Either D. C. Conversion moter of A. C. Conversion moter can be chosen for driving system.
Imported electric elements are used for both D. C. Drive and A. C. Conversion drive with precision being controlled within 1%, so that melt pressure can be kept constantly.
The close-loop control system is employed for temperature control with control precision being 0.5 C.
Computer-controlled communication system is employed for the whole machine, so that all parameters can be preset, amended or monitored by means of the touch screen and control panel.
In the separation type extruder, the melt stays shorter time inside the melting cylinder, so that melting quality can be ensured and the output quantity can be 20% more than that of normal screws having same specifications.
