The AEROVAC Smoke Damper is a safety device to control the spread of hot smoke in an emergency situation and to efficiently control air flow in conventional air handling system. The AEROVAC Motorized Smoke Damper is an ultra- low Leakage damper, and meets UL 5555 and BS 476 part 4,5,6,7 and 8 requirements. It will be supplied with Parallel blades as the standards (Opposite blades are optional). Single Skinned or Double skinned blade edges and stainless steel jumb seal provide the basis for reduced leakage. Specially formed standard components and non corrosive bearings conform to specifications required for high quality, low leakage maximum rigidity and low operating torque.
