We are making, exporting and supplying of Skiving and Roller Burnishing Machines in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. In the conventional methods, the manufacturing of Hydraulic cylinder tube used in the construction industry equipment like JCB, dumpers, excavators are done with machining processes like turning, honing and grinding process. Honing, which is the final process in manufacturing of tube Inner diameter, is a very slow process , tedious , low productive in nature. High volume manufacturing of cylinders in this process is not an acceptable solution.

To cater to high volume production of cylinder tubes, a proven process involving metal cutting and metal forming is developed, known as SKIVING AND ROLLER BURNISHING Operation. The advantage in this process is, the removal of stock to the complete size of the bore, leaving around 30-40 micron stock in the ID of the tube. This stock is removed by Roller burnishing operation which is a metal forming operation.
