Main System:

The machine is a triple rotary in design. All machine controls are provided outside the tableting zone. The main compression is having a maximum capacity of 10 Ton (hydraulic). Pressure roller is made of special material a EN 34 and mounted on the bearings. Pressure roller is easy to disassemble.

Pressure Loading & Overloading Release:
The pressure loading to achieve desired hardness of the tablet can be monitored by dials outside the tableting zone. Overload release is already provided in the machine to safe guard against any overload. The provision has been already incorporated in the machine to use double die life by reversing the dies.
Lubrication:
Continuous lubrication to main parts

Discharge Chute:
The machine is provided with three numbers of discharge chute.

Sound Reduction:
Auto closing acrylic door for sound resistance & avoid interference of surrounding atmosphere in compression zone.nitrogen purging is an optional attachment for complete isolation of inert gas while compression in machine to avoid any contamination chances in future
