Standards : The transformers conform to IS-2026, IS-1180, IEC-76.
Core : Core is constructed from low loss CRGO electrical steel sheet coils directly imported from reputed manufactures like TKES, Nippn Steel and POSCO to ensure prime quality. In order to attain minimum losses the CRGO is slitted, cut and annealed through in house facilities.
Winding: The coils are made from copper/aluminium conductors of prime quality that are covered with electrolytic high conductivity paper. DPC is carried out in house to make sure proper & faultless insulation with supreme quality insulation paper imported directly from Japan's Sumitomo Corporation. High short circuit strength is ensured through rigid connection support & coil clamping.
