Features of Simplex Lathe Slitter:
1. Cutting shaft and circular blade are driven by AC motor with inverter, which can do speed adjust and positive and negative changing.
2. Cutting size is controlled by servo motor with ball screw and slide rail up to high precision cutting, Max. error A 0.1mm.
3. There are two ways for circular blade driving: oil pressure control which can freely adjust the cutting speed; servo control which can set up four kinds speed, up to high speed and high quality cutting,
4. There are three ways for controlling circular blade angel: manual control, step motor control and servo automatic control. When cutting is not smooth, can change the cutting angel directly incase replace blade normally.
5. With the LCD touch screen, can set up machine specification directly.
6. Machine system is controlled by PLC, it can set up different size on one shaft, and adjust the cutting width automatically.
