Feature of BOPP Adhesive Tape Slitting Machine :
1. Centralized control panel: all operations are centralized in one panel.
2. Advanced three-step length setting: this length setting provides extremely smooth rewinding operation to ensure accurate rewinding length.
3. Automatic shaft exchange: once the rewinding operation is finished, the machine will automatically perform shaft exchanges for convenient and efficient operations.
4. Expanding arch roller: the expanding roller is specially designed with an arch shape for accurate tape tracking and proper tension control to completely eliminate material winking.
5. Air blades: this unit is fitted with 3" air blades, permitting the slitting of a variety of tapes. The knife positions can be adjusted in left/right directions and the pressure of the air blades can be adjusted to suit tape material variation.
6. Keep noise to minimum: the roller of jumbo roll reduces noise to a minimum while in operation.
