Insecticide

Lambda cyhalothrin is a contact residual and stomach acting insecticide
with repellency properties it is effective for the control of insects
in cotton, rice, bringal, and tomato.

Directions for use and dosage

Apply high volume with pressure (40-60 LBS per square inch) retaining
knapsack sprayer fitted with fine mist nozzle begin spraying with the
on sect of infestation at 15 days interval or as neccesarry. Always
observe a recommended waiting periods between last spray and harvest.
Use lower dosage and spray volume in the young crop and increase these
with crop growth.

Precautions

Keep out of the reach of children. Wear protective clothing, head dress
and face mask. Do not smote, drink or eat while using the product.

For safety when mixing

Wear eye protection (atleat glasses) undiluted SANTRI can harm your
eyes. If you get it in your eyes wash it out at once. See first aid
wear rubber gloves. Undiluted Santri can irritate your skin. If you get
it on your skin wash it out at once. If you split it on your clothes
change and wash them.

For safety when Spray

As with all chemicals avoid contact with spray as much as you can. When
using mist blower wear a mask conversing nose and mouth. To avoid
harming fish do not spray over water.

For safety after spraying

Wash your self change and wash your work clothes. Wash out the bottles
when empty. Do not use it again. Crush or cut it then burry or burn it.
Do not dump unwanted product in water. keep unused product in this
bottle tightly closed in a cool dry place away from heat and open flame.

Symptoms of Poisoning

Symptoms of poisoning are generally nonspecific and would be similar as
for other pyrethroids. Ingestion by humans may produce symptoms such as
nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain diarrhea and allergic manifestations.
If large doses are ingested, it may cause disturbance of the nervous
system with tremors, ataxia weakness of limbs, convulsions, coma and
death from respiratory depression.

Skin contact may cause subjective sensation of tingling or numbness in
the facial area. This effect normally results from unconscious transfer
to the face from contaminated hands or gloves. This effect is
transient, lasting upto 24 hours, and there is no evidence of any long
term of cumulative effects. Eye contact irritation.

First Aid

If splashed in the eyes wash out fot 10-15 minutes. If swallowed make
the person vomit. Take person and this bottle to a doctor at once for
treatment.

Medical Treatment

Perform gastric lavage, taking care to prevent aspiration of gastric
contents. Then treat symptomatically. Antihistamines may be applied in
case of manifestation of allergic symptoms.

Storage

The packages containing the insecticide shall be stored in speer
ate rooms or premises away form the rooms or premises used for storing
other articles particularly articles of food or shall be kept in
separate almirahs under lock and key depend up on the quantity and the
nature of the insecticide.
The rooms or premises meant for storing the insecticide shall be
well built, dry, well lit and ventilated and of sufficient dimensions
to avoid contamination with vapour.

Disposal of Containers

packages or surplus materials and washings from the machines and
containers shall be disposed off in a safe manner. So as to prevent
environmental or water pollution.
The used packages shall not be left outside to prevent their re use.
Packages shall be broken and burried away from the habitation.
