Model PAP17-J cutting machine utilizes industrial computer to control cutting thickness. The function of automatic cutter-raiser can automatically deduct cutting size automatically while feeding the cutter, being able to stabilize slicing size. The sandwich panel cutting machine has two operating modes namely auto and manual, which has functions of easy computer setting, photoelectric display and convenient and fully automatic operation. Replaceable and easily adjustable steel frame on the worktable is adopted to fix rigid foam.

The sandwich panel cutting machine is applicable to slice rigid (i.e. for vehicle ceiling use, using band cutter) or half-rigid thermoplastic PU products and PU rigid-foam with thick facings (i.e. insulating panel, using saw tooth cutter)
