Semi-automatic Cutting Machine

Our provided Semi-Automatic Cutting Machine is a flame cutting machine using oxygen plus highly misted gasoline combustion to cut metal, no need to use expensive and dangerous acetylene. It is used for semi-automatic cutting application.
Compared with acetylene + oxygen combustion cutting, our PETROXY gasoline cutting machine is 85% energy saving, its cutting speed and oxygen consumption is almost same. Compared with liquefied natural gas(LNG) + oxygen combustion cutting, it is 55-60% energy saving, its cutting speed is 2 times faster, oxygen consumption is 30% lower.

Working principle:-
PETROXY gasoline cutting machine first transfer liquid gasoline into gaseous gasoline, then combined with oxygen to produce high temperature gas flame. The gas flame(preheating flame) first heats the metal surface to a temperature which can make the metal burn in oxygen(for carbon steel, this temperature is round 1100~1150 degree), and it is at activated state. Then high purity, fast speed oxygen is sent out, it strongly oxidizes with iron in the metal plate, getting regulus and discharging massive heat. Using this reacting heat and regulus, metal plate lower layer and cutting edge is constantly heated, burning point is also reached until the end of metal plate. At the same time, the kinetic energy of cutting oxygen flow blows away the regulus from cutting edge, forming cutting line and the metal plate is separated.
