Today, this production line for foaming polyurethane for flat surfaces is one of the most common and indispensable types of equipment for foaming polyurethane. Polyester, toluene diisocyanate (TDI) along with the excipient are put into the feed tank. According to the ratio of the components of the mixture, the raw material is delivered to the mixing head, then transported to the communicating vessel and the suspension plate and then prepared for technical feeding. In the process of conveyor feeding, the mixture components are foamed and heated for the subsequent vulcanization stage. To support continuous production, installations designed for unwinding and winding are synchronized with the foaming process. The polyurethane foam is cut in accordance with the specified parameters and then transported to the warehouse until the maturation phase.
