Specifications:-
1. Performance: To carry out Salt Spray/Corrosion Test as per ASTMB 117.
2. Temperature range: 5 deg C above ambient to 35 deg C A 1C (without refrigeration system) Note: To maintain 35 deg C temperature in all the season, refrigeration system is required and the refrigeration system is quoted separately considering the high ambient we suggest you to go in for refrigeration type of chamber.
3. Humidity: Saturated Condition.
4. Fog collection : Between 0.5 to 2 ml per hour
5. Indirect heating system with Hot Water/Steam generator will be provided with heater to heat the water to maintain the temperature in the chamber and the boiler will operate on thermostat.
6. Preheated: Preheated will be provided to preheat the air before it is admitted to the air saturator tower with thermostat and is housed on the right hand side below the control panel.
7. Humidity system/Air saturator tower: Air saturator tower will be provided to saturate the air. The air saturator tower will be provided with air inlet and outlet connections, water connection with automatic refilling system and air bubbling arrangement with filter. The air will be bubbled through the air saturator tower before it is admitted to the nozzle to ensure full saturation of the air being supplied to the spray nozzle.
