"NAVYUG" installed the state of art machinery and acquired latest technology. The process of modernization of machinery and technology continues unabated to produce the quality products to meet and match the national and international standards. Since 1993, the specialized products like (i) Vari-Speed (ii) Banded (iii) Hexagonal Belts have made an in-road in domestic and international market. The Company maintained a separate R & D section consisting of a well equipped testing laboratory. The production and R & D activities are manned & looked after by qualified and experienced professionals and other skilled workers, highly capable to produce quality products under the dynamic and expert guidance of Board of Directors. During the last decade the Company, with tough international competition has acquired high proficiency in highly sophisticated international markets like South America, Europe and Russia besides serving our most valued customers in Africa, Middle East and Far East etc. as a result the exports is multiplying. Our Growth-Rate in every aspect of the economy like Production, Sales (National / Exports) is under multiplicity of varying 20% (t) in compounding value. To bridge between manufacturing and economy of the product, an expansion-project has just been completed is undertaken to accelerate productivity under proper instrumentation; so as to produce the belts with geometrically accurate in every respect. Higher productivity of the machines shall reflect upon the economy of the manufacturing. Our Company is accredited by certificate of registration under ISO-9002 also certified under QS-9000, ISO/TS-16949:2002 with the resultant factor of our modalities towards advancement in management arena. In recognition to our quality and export excellence, we have been Awarded certificate of merit by "Chemical and allied products export promotion council" (CAPEXIL) consecutively for every year of the last decade. All India Rubber Industries Association has also awarded us merit certificate in 1996.97 and Special Export Award (Trophy), on all India basis. We are the only recipient of this award in this part (Northern) of India - Highest Export -Award from AIRIA and CAPEXIL Special Export Award for 2001-2002 and 2002-2003, for all belts including Cogged Belt for automotive and other industrial / consumer application. We have successfully produced and exported our range of V-Belts conforming to ISO 4184. BS 3790 (1981) & DIN 2215 (1975).
