Rubber Cracker Mill
Rubber Cracker Mill is mainly used for cracking crude rubber, used tyre scrap, fine breaking rubber black and waste collection. Most of the rubber cracker mills have two rolls made of chilled alloy cast iron with wear-resistant hard surface. The rear roll is grooved and the bored rolls can be cooled homogeneously through inputting steam and cooling water. The protective device is provided in cracker mills to protect the main parts from damage due to overload. Many of the rubber cracker mills have two rollers that rotate reversely with different speed, so that the reclaim rubber material can be processed more efficiently. These Rubber Cracker Mills give higher output at a lower operating cost.
