Refiner Mill
Refiner machine is mainly used for refining of reclaimed rubber and rubber sheeting. In most of the refiners, the two rollers are made of chilled cast iron with wear-resistant hard surfaces. Both the rollers are smooth ones with bored cavities and can be cooled homogeneously. Many rubber machinery manufacturers provide a protective device in the rubber refiner to protect the main parts from damage due to overload. Some of the rubber refiners even have a safety rod that can be pulled down when emergency arises. This makes the rollers stop immediately.
