Alchemy rubber calenders are available with two to five rolls in configuration as shown here. Custom built laboratory and production rubber calenders with roll face widths ranging from 8 inches through 120 inches occupy minimum space to provide quite and energy efficient operation.
Crucial motorised or manual roll nip adjustment, antifriction bushings/bearings, fail safe system for emergency stop of machines are some of the important features of our rubber calenders. Special accessories such as, strip cutting knife, roll temperature control system, hinged or motorised side shields can be added at extra cost.
