Preheater:
The thermoplastic powder shall be put into the preheated tank after the tank has achieved temperature of 140A C. The material shall be initially put at 10% of tank Capacity and rest in the instalment of 30% each, let the material melt in the pre heater till 180A C, maintain the temperature at 180A C and stir it properly for minimum 15 Min. This will ensure proper mixing of the melt.

Applicator:
Start heating the applicator tank and screed shoes. After the tank has achieved proper temperature, transfer the thermoplastic melt in the Applicator Tank.
Complete the pre marking procedures and you can start the marking operation.
For application on old worn out asphalt and concrete surfaces use of clear road marking primer is recommended.
