Ring Rolling Line

Three excellent engineers of Jinan Casting and Forging Institute ,a national level institute, built Jinan Comity CNC Co., Ltd which is renamed as Jinan Quanyue CNC Co., Ltd in 2009. 5M Numerical Control Ring Rolling Machine is delivered to Maanshan Client in March,2013. Jinan Quanyue CNC Co., Ltd and Zibo Qianlima CNC Co., Ltd established development partnership, Setting up the special machinery manufacturing base for hydraulic press,ring rolling machine,punching machine etc. Located at the junction of Jinan city and Zibo city. Ring Rolling Machine is exported to Turkey in 2014. Horizontal Hydraulic Forging Machine is exported to Australia in 2015 Special Single Column Hydraulic Press is exported to Myanmar in 2016 Obtaining Import-Export License in 2016 3M Ring Forging production line in Zhangqiu City(Loading and unloading manipulator, forging manipulator,hydraulic press,ring rolling machine),Whole line commissioning completed in 2017. D53KS-2500 Full Automatic Ring Rolling Mahcine in Dingxiang City is successfully debugged in January, 2018. Signed the contract of 1M Full Automatic Numerical Control Ring Rolling Mahciney with indian client in September, 2018.
