TJK is the first company in China to produce a robot bending system, which absorbs international advanced technics and experience, with the practical production requirment. The hot-rolled bar can be automatically shaped with top-quality by this robot bending system that has mass production and save material.

A robot bending system is composed by a transfer bench, two lifting levers, twin-bending units and storage unit.

1) Transfer bench comprise many powered rollers with automatic transfer and storage functions.

2) The lifting levers, installed beside the rollers, pneumatically position the bars above the bending units and transfer the shaped bars to stock that may be two or more based on the production.

3) The outstanding characteristics of the twin -g bending units are: One bending unit is stationary, the other is movable manually and automatically controlled by PLC, with liquid-crystal display production cycle may include six angles programmed by PLC, and the program can be stored and recalled two ways bending.
