Release Agent (Mold Release)

Release Agent (Mold Release) is a special designed release agent for PU mid sole, out sole, bi-density & in mould coating release

TYPICAL PROPERTIES
Solid content: 100%
Colour:a Clear liquid
Viscosity: 70--100 cps
Suitable diluent: Hydrocarbon solvent

APPLICATION
To dilute with 45~50 times hydrocarbon by weight, and applied by air spraying per ever cycle.

HANDLING PRECAUTIONS
DL-3002 release agent is supplied in a flammable solvent.
The following precautions should be observed:
* Keep away from heat and open flames.
* Use only with adequate ventilation.
* Avoid prolonged breathing of vapors.
* Avoid eye contact, wearing of safety glasses recommended.
* Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact, wearing of protective gloves recommended.
