Reinforced Pallet

HOREN Reinforced Pallet can be used in selective(or conventional) racks, push back racks or other unsupported racking situations. Reinforced pallet can hold static 6000~8000kg, dynamic 1500~2000kg and 1000kg evenly distributed in an edge rack. Pallets are reinforced by metal tubes. The metal tubes can be added into during or after the injection process. The four metal tubes set in the top deck of the pallet will increase the dynamic and static load capacity. The four metal tubes on the bottom of the pallet will increase the rack load capacity. Due to the Reinforced Pallets structural features, they are suitable for cross industry applications making the pallets ideal for industry and retail as well as for pooling.

HOREN's unique internal mold-in steel reinforcement is generally required. Reinforced Pallets ensure easy handling of all heavy goods when stored in racking systems. To ensure that the loads on the pallet stay in place, they are supplied with a unique anti-slip top deck. This extra feature provides safe stacking of empty pallets and significantly reduces the problem of plastic on plastic when using trays and crates in transit.
