How To Use:
- It is a two component system so care should be taken while using them at the same.
- The mixing ratio of 3:1 of powder to solution should be correct for the best results.
- First of all take 3 part powder from bag and removes any foreign particles from it and then add 1 part solution to it. Mix this solution properly in order to form homogenous pest that can be applied on bricks easily.
- Apply this pest in thin layer in order to join bricks and keep it in air around 2-3 hours.
- Even you can make the joint set faster by providing low external heat.
- Then the joint become harder like stone.
Storing and Packaging:
- Two components of ADCEM should be stored in any cool and dry place away from moisture and heat.
- After taking out solution from carboy lead it should be packed in air tight packing material so that air does not go inside and spoil the solution.
- After taking out powder from bag, the packet should be sealed tightly with string in order to avoid entry of air and moisture.
