Ajwa Rectangular Permanent Magnetic Chucks are designed to achieve two basic needs, high efficiency and long lasting service. Chucks are manufactured in normal duly and heavy duty types. Normal duty are normal power chucks and are suitable for all types of normal surface grinding works. Heavy duty chucks are close pole chucks for holding thin or thick jobs on grinding machine and thick ferrous jobs. These can be used on milling with a single point or two point cutter. Material used is soft dead mild steel body with high powered magnets. The chucks are operated with a 'on' and 'off' lever provided either at the side or in the front. Chucks will not lose their magnetism unless dismantled. Dismantling is not permitted under any circumstances and in case of trouble, matter should be referred to the manufactures. Coolant can be used while in operation. While in use the chuck surface as well as work surface should be clean and free from oil and grease for effective holding and high efficiency.
