Rectangular and square tubes are produced as "Cold - formed " from hot - rolled and semi - bright (pickled hot - rolled and cold - rolled) steel.
END USES : Civil engineering, construction, machinery, agricultural equipment, conveyors, cranes, marine containers.
SIZE : Outside diameter : 12 x 12 mm to 100 x 100 mm in squares, 25 x15 mm to 100 x 60 mm in rectangular.
Wall thickness : From 0.8 mm to 4 mm
Length : Up to 12 m (40 ft).
PIPE ENDS : Plain
SURFACE FINISH : Black (Self - colored and semi - bright ), Outside mill protective coating (oil).
PRODUCTION STANDARDS : Conforming to IS- 4923 & Equivalent to ASTM A500, BS 6323.
PACKING : Bare bundles unless special packing (jute, hessian cloth, etc) is requested.
INSPECTION : Mill's certificate or inspection by an independent organization authorized by the customer.
TESTS PERFORMED : As required by the standards.
