To improve collection efficiency and ensure proper functional use of the Rapper, proper sequencing and predetermined hammering accomplished by this controller.
ESP set up for a rapping system functionally applied to the collection plates to dislodge the collected dust particles and finally it is handled by Bag filters.
A falling weight or fixed rotating hammer controlled by the rapping timer which raps the collection plates, causing vibration that knocks off the dust layer from the collecting electrodes.
The functional parameters available in RAPSCAN are programmable via four key pad assembly in the front panel.
All programmed values are stored permanently in non-volatile memory (EEPROM).
Password protection is provided so that set parameters cannot be tampered by authorized persons Channel Skip function is applied by setting zero in the parameter setting to disengage the unused channels or rappers.
It supports Auto mode and Manual Mode of operation for user convenience and maintenance purpose.
The real time setting & program numbers storage facility for multiple programs retentions are possible in our controller using non volatile memory.
