Radial Load Tester

The RLT-100 Radial Load Tester automatically and safely tests a can's resistance to radial load (implosion pressure). We designed the system with two and three-piece can makers in mind: for the first time, cans can be tested in any configuration - open or closed!

The sealed and secure pressure chamber is transparent, allowing operators to see the implosion process as it happens. The system also comes with our Symphony software that constantly reads the volume and pressure in the chamber, automatically detecting the point of implosion and recording it in the database for reports and SPC.

We've added several safety features such as pneumatically controlled chamber locks, door sensors and safety valves. These features as well as the state of the art pressure sensors, calibrator and software make this gauge the safest and most accurate Radial Load gauge on the market!
