3.Model QT4 can make various designs of concrete blocks, bricks, colored paving-stones and curbs only by changing the mould. And all moulds can be made according to customera s drawing.
4. QT4 block forming machine: the productivity depends on this machine and it is also the essential part of the whole production line. You are able to change moulds on this part to make different shapes of concrete blocks,bricks, colored-paving stones and curbs.
5.Mould with height rang 60~220mm and max. length 880mm could be manufactured according to customera s individual requirements.
6.The forming cycle for brick is 15~17sec., for block is 20sec.and for kerb& colored paver are 25 sec.
7.The max. diameter of aggregate should be a 10mm, the powder of aggregate of which diameter less than 0.15mm should not be more than 20%
