4. Automatic transferring system
Wet Block Conveyor: is used to convey the wet blocks that produced by block making machine to the elevator. Using v-shape chain belt are with large load-bearing and long lifespan.
Block Brush: is installed over the wet block conveyor to sweep the concrete slack, in order to make block surfaces smooth.
5. PLC Control System: control each production procedures with operator panel Mitsubishi programming both in English and Chinese.
